When I booked through Booking.com, I paid for an option with breakfast, but when I went into check-in, they said through third-party they don’t offer breakfast. I called Booking.com and they said they will call the front desk and will resolve then I can expect some resolution within an hour, I waited more than a day. Nothing came back.

Upon check in, the gentleman was very nice and helped us with early check-in. Also had to call him as soon as we checked in because room did not have sleeper sofa as stated with Booking.com. He sent a Roller bed immediately and informed me that it was not communicated on our reservation. Hotel was clean and convenient for our Nashville trip.

Isaac was great checking in at the front desk. We really thought the room was laid out well. The table to work at with adjustable heights and places to plug in electronics and the shower set up (push buttons) were notable.

The bathroom is amazing. Love the stand up shower and how the rooms have been fully remodeled for the best. The staff here is Amazing and friendly

The welcoming and professional desk staff, the room, the towels, the workspace, the Bluetooth tv allowed for listening to my playlists & ambient noise.

the front desk manager was SO nice to find us a room early! we got in around 8:30am and had been up since 3am to catch our flight. desperate to get some sleep, he found us a room! slept through lunch! lol. thank you!!! bed was comfortable too!!
